Here is what Coach Ash has to say about fruit.

Adding more fruit to your diet years ago was probably the best thing I ever could have done, fruit is one of the MOST healing, energizing, nutrient rich and life giving foods on the planet!

Yet so many people are still shunning it because of the “sugar content”. Fruit sugar and processed sugar are NOT THE SAME THING! Our bodies know the difference, one spikes the blood sugar and causes inflammation, one reduces inflammation and provides our cells with abundant nutrient and glucose to fuel our brains, yes that’s right, our brains and bodies run off of glucose which makes fruit an ideal fuel source.

It is not something to be afraid of, it contains fiber, water, minerals and antioxidants that stabilize the blood sugar while eating it and give you quickly converted energy so you can go and THRIVE.

We NEED fruit in order to feel our best which is why I include as many raw fruits as I can in my diet, in the form of fresh fruits, smoothies, smoothie bowls etc.

If you want to feel your best, feel more energized..eat more fruit…its simple…try to avoid eating fruit alongside cooked food or after cooked food for optimal digestion, try starting your day with fresh fruits to increase your energy and get a huge boost of nutrients!
