Task: Each meal you eat throughout the day should have a source of protein and fat to keep you sustained for longer.
We want protein, carbohydrate and fat with every meal and snack. It may sound like a lot but it doesn’t have to be. Try the following option to have complete snacks and meals that will leave you full and not craving sugar.
Tips: Complete meals can be: An apple and peanut butter, yogurt and berries, Chicken salad with veggies and feta cheese, toast with peanut butter and a banana, Smoothie with mixed fruit, avocado and protein powder or yogurt.
